Return Policy for ARL Fashion

Welcome to ARL Fashion. We do not currently offer returns or refunds. If there are any issues with your order please contact us at arlfashionatl@gmail.com and our fulfilment team will get back to you. 

Shipping Policy 

We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.

• After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Please allow for 7 to 14 business days for orders to be fulfilled and delivered as all items are made to order. 
• Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
• Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
• We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 
• Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.
